Table top sewing machine.

Family owns 40 acre plot bordering the Chequamegon National Forest. Undeveloped, no utilities, own mineral rights. Easement from federal government required for sole access road (which is off a main road in the national forest). Participated in Wisconsin DNR forest management program about 4 year ago that included selective and partial removal of 'weed trees' to promote the spread of other desirable indigenous species. A tax break is received for as long as the land is managed per DNR rules, and if memory serves correct I believe developing the land would end the tax break.

Family

I'm single and no friends or family members are interested in 'starting over'. One friend and his family may be persuaded once things are up and running, but it's nothing bankable.
