This forum is for folks from the Yellow Springs area, or those interested in Yellow Springs, to discuss sustainability efforts in the community. Yellow Springs is a small village in Southwestern Ohio (outside Dayton) that is characterized as being a microcosm of free-thinking and sustainability. It is also the home of the Peak Oil and sustainability organization known as Community Solution.

The Greater World subdivision is located near Taos, New Mexico. It is a unique subdivision in that all the homes are earthships - homes that provide all of their utilities from nothing but the sunshine and rain that strikes the building. Zachrey is a resident of this community and can answer any questions you may have about sustainable life in Greater World.
